Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of more than a hundred naturally occurring cannabinoids found in hemp, but it's not exclusive to hemp. Did you know that cannabinoids can also be found in other plants such as
coneflower, electric daisy, black pepper, black truffle, kava, and others.

CBD is non-intoxicating and won’t make you high, unlike its cousin, THC. CBD is derived from hemp and is < 0.3% THC.

Full spectrum CBD has all the naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids from the cannabis plant with <0.3% THC.

Broad-spectrum CBD has all the naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids from the cannabis plant with 0.0% THC, which is entirely removed using additional extraction processes.

CBD Isolate contains nothing but pure CBD. There are no other cannabinoids, terpenes, or flavonoids present.

CBD oil is extracted from flower, leaves and stalks of the plant, whereas hemp seed oil is extracted from hemp seeds. Although hemp seed oil is rich in other nutrients, it does not contain CBD.

Also called a synergistic effect; an entourage effect is when an interaction between components enhances the overall result. This phenomenon occurs when multiple compounds, such as cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals from the whole cannabis plant produce a stronger effect than any one individual component by itself. Nature’s Therapeia believes in whole plant goodness. Our products are either made from broad spectrum or full spectrum CBD and never from isolates.

According to 2018 Farm Bill, it is federally legal to extract CBD from industrially grown hemp. At Nature’s Therapeia all our products are manufactured from CBD extracted from hemp.

Both hemp and Marijuana are species of the cannabis plant, but are compositionally quite different. Hemp contains large amounts of CBD and <0.3% THC by definition; whereas, marijuana contains an average of 5-20% THC, and only a small amount of CBD. Since hemp contains an exceedingly small amount of THC, it's ideal for making CBD products without a euphoric effect (getting high).

CBD is non-intoxicating and does not create a “high” or state of euphoria.

The short answer is “NO”; assuming you use CBD products containing <0.3% THC. Therefore, it is
