Shipping Processing Time

On all orders above $39, we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping within the USA. We also offer 2 day Express and Next day shipping. Rates will be calculated with your order.

Orders Received before 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders received after that will be shipped next following business day.

Express Orders (Next day and 2nd day) received before 2:00 PM EST will be process same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed next working day.

Tracking

Tracking Number will be provided to all orders as soon as they are shipped.

Damages

Nature’s Therapeia is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return and Refund Policy

Return

You have 30 Day to return a product from the date you receive it.

Our products are designed with the utmost care and quality to help you achieve your target. However, if you are unhappy with the product, you can return it within 30 days. REMEMBER: Returns are always free for Nature’s Therapeia Subscribers.

Return Initiation

You can initiate a return online through your login. You will need a receipt or order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. You can find your order number in an order confirmation email or in you login under order history.

Return Authorization Code (RAC): Once you initiate return, an RAC will be generated for your return. Include the RAC with the product when it is returned.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping. Members get free return shipping. If you return, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment).

You will receive the credit in accordance with your card issuer's policies.
